Pricing depends on your home's size, current condition, and how often we clean. Recurring service costs less per visit than one-time cleans. Every estimate is free, personalized, and comes with no obligation. We'll never quote you sight-unseen and surprise you later.

What should I expect on the first visit?

First visits usually run longer than maintenance cleans because we bring the whole home up to our standard, so many clients start with a deep clean for this reason. After that, recurring visits maintain the result efficiently.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we arrive fully equipped with professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products for allergies, pets, or special surfaces, just let us know and we'll gladly use yours.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely, we love meeting the pets! Just let us know about your animals ahead of time, including any rooms they should stay out of or door protocols we should follow.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

Yes, fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We're happy to provide documentation on request. Your home and belongings are protected every visit.

How do I book a cleaning?

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another client. Life happens. Just communicate with us and we'll always work with you.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Syracuse and all of Central New York, including Cicero, Liverpool, Camillus, Baldwinsville, North Syracuse, Utica, and Rome. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask. We're flexible for the right fit.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, most clients aren't. Many provide a key, garage code, or smart-lock access. We treat home access with the seriousness it deserves, and the same trusted team comes every visit.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, and card. Payment is due at time of service for one-time cleans; recurring clients can set up simple automatic arrangements.

What if I'm not happy with something?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no charge. We're owner-operated. Our name is on every clean, and we take that personally.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
